I am trying to submit a bug through the rest API. I am using the basic authentication method with a account we have created for this purpose. The credentials used to work. Now I am getting "forbidden" as the return code. What does this mean?

Is there anywhere in the API documentation that explains the possible return codes on a per-API basis?
