Getting the TestPlan(Run) order via API

In a TestPlan it is possible to control the order the child TestPlans and TestCases are listed, is it possible to retrieve this order via the API v1
For example when getting a TestPlan is there a field to include which indicates it's order position in it's parent TestPlan?
