Test Run Export with Evidences

Hi , We are using TargetProcess for executing our test cases and would like to export the Test run Or group of Test runs with evidences into a read only format like PDF. Is there a way to do it in TargetProcess ?
we need to do this to submit our Validation Package to our clients/auditors so that they can review our test executions for our Product release.
please help with a response ASAP.
